The hotel 3a Ease of Living is located in a house dating from the early 1930's. We are located in the street of the contramurada, the area where the city ancient wall used to be located, surrounding the old town of Ciutadella de Menorca. The avenue is named in honour of Jaume I the Conqueror, the king who conquered Menorca in the 13th century. It is a city with personality and beauty, full of monuments, small shops and where you can enjoy a large selection of modern and traditional gastronomy. You will admire its medieval streets and palaces, its emblematic port and its centuries-old culture. It is also a privileged place to start your visit to the menorcan lands.

If you arrive by airplane and are using regular public transport, then take the number 10 bus to Mahón bus station. 

There you must change and transfer to bus number 01 or 14 to Ciutadella. When you arrive in Ciutadella wait until the last stop, Plaça de la Pau, and from there it is a four minute walk to the hotel 3a Ease of living. If you wish, you can also opt for exclusive or shared transport with ‘Transfer’ companies, in this case you have to book in advance.

If you take a taxi from the airport it will take about 45 minutes and will leave you at the door of the hotel. In Ciutadella the taxi ranks are at Plaça des Born and Plaça D'Alfons III Conqueridor.

The entire Avenida Conqueridor has a blue zone during business hours for parking, with free parking during the rest of the day and nights. You can also find 24h parking possibilities in the adjoining streets or at the car parkings La Pau, Josepa Rossinyol or Passatge Sevilla. All of these possibilities are just a few minutes' walk away.
